All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued  

Products are inspected and packaged with precision and attention to detail. If you have received the wrong item or a damaged product, please record a video of the defect and send it to cs@nellaso.com within 24 hours of the delivery time and our team will look into replacing it 

Size exchanges are available withing the same color of the same purchased garment, if different sizes are available 

No exchanges for : dicounted items, personal garments like underwears, items purchased with gift card and some other specific items
